Shipping policy
All our UK orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked services.
- UK 24 Tracked delivery – 1-2 days
- UK 48 Tracked Economy delivery – can take 5-6 working days
- UK Next Day delivery – arrives next working day from dispatch by 9pm
- European delivery – 5-10 working days
- Rest of the World delivery – 7-14 working days (can take up to 21 working days depending on the country)
Please allow extra time for delivery during busy periods like Christmas.
Customs Charges
Non-UK customers are VAT excluded so you pay the tax and custom charges in your own country upon delivery.
All costs (including insurance charges and customs duty) are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any queries regarding customs charges you will need to speak to your local customs office.
